I have resource calendars for a number of bookable meeting rooms. The two receptionists manage these and do the accepting and declining of request and they have permissions configured to allow them to do this.

Recently one booking was deleted in error and the receptionist had declined the request to notify the attendees, who  turned up to find their room has been taken and it would be an understatement to say they were not best pleased.

Is the a way to force the user to send a notification to stop deletions and changes to the meeting/bookings going undetected.
