Hi, Is there anyway to prevent a user from creating a meeting if there is a conflict in resource before the meeting was actually created? The way it is right now for our Exchange 2007 environment is that if someone schedule a meeting with a conflict resource, s/he will get a declined email after the meeting was saved. The problem with this is that the invitations were already sent; and the participants can accept it eventhough the meeting was declined. Any help is appreciated. Shane
