Hi, 

I'm trying to find out if there is a way for the exchange server to send an email to a user if a Resource Mailbox Room accepts a request. 

i.e, i send a meeting request to Boardroom, it accepts it and send me the accepted response but it then emails someone else that a request has been accepted. 

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

In "booking option" page of room mailbox, there is a box that you can use to write a message that will be sent to users who send booking requests to reserve the room, as the below screenshot:

I managed to get this sorted, i setup a rule within the resource box to forward to a group and this sorted out my issue, i did see the option above by the resource box accepts requests automatically.
