Resource Room Calendar not updating.
Hello,
We are experiencing an issue when a resource room meeting is submitted that the calendar of that resoucre is not being updated. We are running on Exchange 2007/Server 2003. Here are the resource room settings:
AutomateProcessing : AutoAccept
AllowConflicts : False
BookingWindowInDays : 180
MaximumDurationInMinutes : 1440
AllowRecurringMeetings : True
EnforceSchedulingHorizon : True

I found that when I send a meeting request to resource mailbox, it will accept the meeting, and the calendar of the resource will being updated.
For your issue, I suggest you check whether the meeting request is received by resource mailbox (if it accepted the meeting ,the meeting requests will be moved to
Delete Item folder)
