Resource mailbox: Meeting request Body hide
Hi,
we are using windows 2008 R2 and exchange 2007.
we are maintaining "Board room" as a resource mail box. the mailbox is delegated to Reception. when ever there is a meeting request it notifies the reception and if there is any conflict with meetings it sends deny message to the requester.
it's functionality is good we got no problems with that. however, we got a new request from our CEO that,
when some one request a meeting in the resource mailbox whoever has the delegation can see the full body of the request. what the CEO want is
only requester name, Time and date need to be displayed. no need to display any other details.
i tried all options i can but no use.
can some one helpme in this.
thank you,
krishna

Hello,
How about to set the DeleteComments value for the Resource Mailbox.
Set-calendarprocess -id room -deletecomments $true
Thanks,
