Resource rooms
Hi,
You can create distribution group and make all room mailboxes as this group’s members. And I have tested in my environment, if you new
a meeting request, when you click Rooms, the ‘Select Rooms: All Rooms’ windows will occur, but there will only be the four room mailbox in the All Rooms tab. And if you select Global Address List tab, the distribution group will occur. If you select
the group as Location in Rooms, it means that you book all rooms and the attendees will receive four emails notifications about this meeting request.
So, I think you don’t have to create a resource group.
Hope it helps.

Exchange Room
I have created four rooms i.e. 1 ball/ 1bat/ 1paddle/ 1crane
and i want the users to add these rooms to their calendar. so when they go to their outlook => calendar => Open calendar they see all the rooms which i have created and when they add the rooms it shows under all the other rooms which they had
before.
What the user wants is to have the "Resource" group and under the resource group to have all these rooms (1 ball/ 1bat/ 1paddle/ 1crane)
Is there any way of creating these?
Please assist if you can i need help urgently thank you.

Dear Sophia,
i dont want to book all four rooms at the same time. All i want to do is in the outlook calendar when the users are to add these rooms.
Steps:
Go to outlook calendar=>open calendar => From the room list (you can find the four rooms here, when you select them them all show under rooms in the outlook calender.
I want the rooms to show under "resource" in the outlook calender. Where "my calender" is at the top and i want it to show below "my calendar".
any suggestions.
