Resources declining ALL reoccuring meetings - OPtions
In Exchange 2007 when a room is scheduled in a reoccuring meeting and if one of the dates is not available, the room/resource declines ALL of the instances . Is there a way to have to room/resource accept the available meeting dates and only decline the ones that are not available ? Thanks Rob

For this you need to enable the below settings on particular room Get-MailboxCalendarSettings Resource1 |fl AutomateProcessing : AutoUpdate Get-MailboxCalendarSettings Resource1 |fl AutomateProcessing: AutoAccept Resource1 is the name of mailbox
