I have created a mailer in HTML5 which looks good on desktop but now I want it to be responsive as per screen resolution.

viewport and media queries doesnt work in outlook.

so can you tell me a way to make it responsive?

First of all, in this forum we mainly discuss questions and feedbacks about Office client product, but I have to admit I'm not an HTML/CSS expect, it's more about designing.

Anyway, I did some research and here is the reference for you:

Since Outlook 2007, Outlook opens the HTML Email and converts it to Microsoft Word format before displaying it to the user. What happens during this process is that many CSS attributes and HTML support is completely removed. This can explain why viewport and media queries don't work in Outlook.

As far as I know, there is little we can do regarding the request so far.

hey thanks but actually I want to know if it is possible to create a responsive email in outlook or not? I searched but couldn't find any alternative for media queries and viewport.
