Restore Exchange Backup on Different DAG

Hi Fellows,

I was wondering if an Exchange backup can be restored on different DAG with same Exchange Organization?
Is there any technical limitation in it?

Networker is configured to take backup of DAG1. Now we have created another DAG (i.e. DAG2) and want to remove DAG1 but before removing it we want to know (in case if required) if the older backups taken can be restored to recovery database in DAG2.
