Restrict Certain E-mails Showing on OWA
Currently running Exchange 2010 SP1 RU5, 2 CAS + HT servers, 2 Mailbox Servers in a dag and 2 Edge Servers on the external network. Currently we have restrictions in place that allow users to add "[Restricted]" for any e-mail that contains confidential information and should not leave the company (internal only) and "[non-Restricted]" for any e-mail that does not contain confidential information and can leave the company. Everything works fine and we have set up our BES to stop the handhelds from being able to read or see "[Restricted]" mail. We have recently set up OWA and I was wondering if there is anything within Exchange or if anyone knows a third party app that will block users being able to see or read any e-mail with "[Restricted]" in the subject, as OWA will be used external then we do not want anyone looking over their shoulder and seeing it. I don't know if there is anything in Exchange to allow us to achieve this but just looking for some confirmation. Thanks

May not serve all your needs, but take a look at IRM: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd876891.aspx Understanding Information Rights Management in Outlook Web App

Thanks, I had thought IRM to start with but after reading more about it its only really for adding Classifications not for restricting them. I've found out that the company and program we use for Classifications currently (Titus Labs) have their own OWA Prevent software which does exactly what we need for OWA. Just waiting on them coming back to me with how complicated it is to install and a price. Still hoping Exchange 2010 can do it though as it would make things so much easier. THanks
