Restrict User Log on to Multiple OWA Urls based on OU filter

Hi All,

Good Day!!!,

Scenario

2 AD Servers

2 Exchange Server 2013 (CAS + Mailbox)

2 Separate OU in AD ( OU=itquery.in & OU=technosavee.com)

We have two OWA page

    https://mail.itquery.in

    https://mail.technosavee.com

Our query is users are created in Itquery OU should not login into their mailbox using https://mail.tecnosavee.com.

Since both users and mailbox are in same domain vice versa they can able to login.

We need to restrict itquery.in OU users should login using only https://mail.itquery.in

technosavee.com OU users should login using only https://mail.technosavee.com

Any solution will be helpful and appreciated.

Hi Kara,

Base on my knowledge, whatever you are using any OWA pages, you will connect the same IIS site (OWA virtual directory) at the end.

May be you can consider creating a second OWA Virtual Directory, and using firewall rule to restrict the users of each OU to access the different OWA pages.

You can refer to the following article to create a second VD:

Configuring Multiple OWA/ECP Virtual Directories on the Exchange 2013 Client Access Server Role

Hi Niko Cheng,

Thanks for your reply,

May be you can consider creating a second OWA Virtual Directory- thanks for Exchange 2013 step by step.

But , using firewall rule to restrict the users of each OU to access the different OWA pages.- for this can you give more clarity .

Suppose in the same office People are having 2 Mailboxes in 2 different identity how can we force them to use specific url .
