Hi all.
I created some new retention tags, then deleted old policies and created a new one called MyCompany. Then I added three tags to this new policy (MyCompany_4mo_archive, MyCompany_4mo_clean_deleted, MyCompany_4mo_clean_junk). MyCompany_4mo_archive is a default tag for entire mailbox that moves mail older then 120 days to Archive.
I applied this retention policy to all mailboxes, then checked it with
Get-Mailbox | Select RetentionPolicy
But when I open my mailbox with OWA, I see in parent folder some old assigned policy with "Default 4 month move to Archive" retention tag. In my mailbox there are a lots of messages dated the last year (older then 8 months).
So, I have only one retention policy configured with new retention tags, this policy is applied to all mailboxes in company, but mailboxes are full of old messages. Don't understand, why old messages do not moved to Archive. And why OWA shows an old default retention tag (still it doesn't work, because configured to move old messages to Archive after 120 days).
PS. After installing windows updates (and restart of 3 exchange servers) problem was resolved. That's weird.
