I have created a word document the includes several Rich Text Content Controls at the beginning of the document. I have bookmarked the Content Controls. The bookmarks are then referenced later in the document using a Field reference.

Issue #1: (For my computer only)The fields update after refreshing the document. However, I want the field to show the bookmarked text as lowercase and they are not changing from the original input. I am using the code { REF Structure Type \* Lower \* charformat } in the field.

Issue #2: My colleagues are having the opposite problem when using the word document. The lowercase is working and showing the field text as lowercase. While other fields are not updating, even after a document refresh. The code being used for the fields that are not updating is { REF SiteName }.

Are there certain settings that I might have checked that my colleagues need to have? We are all using Microsoft 2010.
