Hi,

Desperately needs some help.

I am trying to perform additional configuration for Active Directory Rights Management Services on my home lab.  Everything went well except on the final step (Results), I got the following error without the quotation marks:

"Errors were encountered while installing the following roles, role services, or features:

Active Directory Rights Management Services

One or more AD RM role services couldn't be configured:

Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.  Parameter name: index

Errors were encountered during the installation of the following role services:

Active Directory Rights Management Server"

I have looked online for a solution but to no avail.  Can someone please tell me what is wrong and direct me to a step-by-step process on how to fix it?

I am running the Exchange Server 2013 on Windows Server 2012 which is installed on a physical Dell server.

Base on my search, i found a similar thread for your reference, check if any helps:

In addition, I also recommend you post this in AD RMS forum , as this is not an exchange issue.
