Need your help! Issue with outlook 2010, Room finder option (Drop Down box) is not available,
did the Regedit as per MS article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2673231?wa=wsignin1.0
But Hard Luck. Any help,suggestion is highly appriciated.

What do you mean "Room finder option (Drop Down box) is not available" ?

Do you mean there is no room list there ? Or there is no Room finder option ? Would you insert a picture ?

my clients machine has Windows 7 OS & outlook 2010.

Please find the below snap shot for the version.

And the Drop Down box is missing as below:

Note: i have already followed the MS article to add the regestry entry to enable the room finder, but still hard luck..
