Rules are not working in 2013

Hello,

since yesterday after windows update rules for outlook 2013 have stopped working.

i tried runing them manually.. same result

also deleted all old rules and created new ones.... same result...

Hi,

Try to create a new profile in Outlook and setup the e-mail account. Create a new rule and check if it works.

If failed, here are a couple more things to try but if they do not work please call support to help investigate further.

There are not many common problems that cause rules not to work.

1.Try opening Outlook in safe mode and then send a test mail to run your rule

    Close Outlook

    Hold Windows key + R.

    Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:

    Outlook /safe

Note: There is space between Outlook and /

If it works fine in safe mode, check if there are any add-ins that is causing the issue and disable it.

Click on file, options, add-ins tab and click on Com add-ins.

2.Try disabling AV then sent a test email to run the rule
