Is there a way to see the e-mail rules on a user mailbox that are on the server?

I think the only way to see the rules on a mailbox is to login to that mailbox with either MS Outlook or Outlook Web Access with admin user ID. I would recommend to use OWA as you dont have to configure user's profile. You will be able to see the rules but to edit the rules you have to delete disabled client rules if any. Thanks.
