Runing Setup /PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions
Hello,
I have a co-existence enviroment with one Exchange 2003 server and one Exchange 2007 server.
I am having lots ofActive Directory permission issues since the installation of Exchange 2007.
Things like Server permission and Exchange group permissions to objects in Active Directory.
Can I re-run the following commands on a production enviroment to get the Active Directory permissions reset to default values?
setup /PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions
setup /PrepareSchema
setup /PrepareAD [/OrganizationName: <organization name> ]
setup /PrepareAllDomains
Thanks

Hello,
Yes it is a safe game re-running Prepare* commands in production environment. These commands correct the predefined things of Exchange references in AD if something is corrupted or missing.
