Running ESEUTIL /D while other DB are mounted
Is it possible to Defrag a dismounted DB with ESEUTIL /D while the other databases are mounted? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Only if those other databases are in other storage groups.
Why the need to do an offline defrag? There typically is no reason.
