SBS2008 Backups failing due to Exchange VSS writer
I am running SBS 2008 R2 as a virtual machine running under HyperV
I have the USB backup drives running as Passthrough drives, and they are scheduled to be safely remove each morning, and re-mounted the next night before the backups.... this part is working as expected.
The problem i am having is the backup runs for a few hours, and then fails when it gets to exchange as below:

There are others but have not included them as they have no errors and are all stable.
