SBS 2008 exchange 2007 trusted certificate
I have a trusted certificate from go daddy. I used the SBS 2008 console to install it. Its good for identity and email. The certificate is for www.domain .com. When running outlook 2007 on a local computer to access the mail box I get a message indicating the certificate does not match the name of the site which is remote.domain.com. It still connects. I also want to use a pop interface to other exchange accounts. I can get the pop connector working but the SMTP side wont connect. I have TSL set and the ports are right and the firewall settings are OK. I had been running SBS 2003 with no problems. I made the move to 2008 but have no documentation or experience. Can somebody point me to some how to configure exchange 2007 documentation?

These questions are very SBS-specific. So you should start using the SBS 2008 news group:https://connect.microsoft.com/sbs08/content/content.aspx?ContentID=8333 But to get you going: Not quite sure what you have done or not done. It seems like you have a problem with your GoDaddy certificate. Personally I have seen no need to move from the automatically generated SBS SAN /UC certificate. You can easily distribute it and install it on mobile devices. Anyhow, in the SBS world, if something can be done the SBS way (wizards), do it that way. Here's the correct way to install a GoDaddy cert.
