Hi guys - This is an unusual one but I have absolutely no idea how to troubleshoot or fix it... Server is configured completely fine after a boot.. everything works perfectly... however, after a night it seems SMTP dies??? Or it doesn't really die it just doesn't allow connections on port 25 anymore so obviously my mail no longer gets delivered... as far as what I can see in EMC everything looks fine.. the Hub Transport receive Connectors are still there and enabled but if I try to telnet localhost 25 I can no longer get in??? How can I troubleshoot this to find out what the problem is? Also, only way I know to fix it is to reboot... any assistance is appreciated. Thanks Exchange 2007 @ Windows Server 2008

It appears Microsoft Exchange Transport service gets messed up ... I can't even manually stop the service.
