Exchange 2003 I need to troubleshoot an email issue and in the process I need to take a look at the NTFS<>.eml file with notepad but its for some reason not showing up in the queue folder even after I disabled outbound email (ESM Queue) and or pauses the SMTP VS, its actually showing up in the ESM queue in a frozen state but its no where to be found. I even searched for any .eml extension and for all files created today but no luck. Where in the universe is this email hiding out.
