It is used by different servers from an unknown application. Some emails from one server reach some recipients but not from another server with the same configuration.. I did track the mails that are sent and RECEIVED, I was able to track it on the Hubcas otherwise no track.. I am then wondering what actions could be taken on my side. Would that issue could be a DNS definition problem or else? I really got lost. I can ping the Servers from my hubcas. Would it means that the issue is not on the exchange server as long as I don't track the emai on the hubcas Thanks, G

The sending server that doesnt work needs to look on their end and check their SMTP logs. If it shows that your server accepted the message, then its up to you to track it down from there. If they cant prove that, then its something on their end and they need to fix it.
