Which version of Exchange do you use? Some of things to check... ~ Make sure that you have all the critical security patches installed for Windows and Exchange. ~ File level Antivirus exclusion is set correctly. ~ Disable third party products like antivirus, backup etc... one by one and check the situation. I am using Exchange 2003 Enterprise Ver on Windows 2000 server1. The server instaslled latest updates.2. No Antivirus software installed.3. This difficult to test, becuase this problem only happen somtime. I cannot sure when it happen.Thanks for reply.

We need to figure if it is a Exchange related dll.Note: You may use Search to find the dll.Besides, please try to do a cleanboot and then check the issue again.If it still persists, then please try to run MPS_Report and then send it to me.
