Which version of Exchange do you use? Some of things to check... ~ Make sure that you have all the critical security patches installed for Windows and Exchange. ~ File level Antivirus exclusion is set correctly. ~ Disable third party products like antivirus, backup etc... one by one and check the situation. Hi, The following services are hosted by this process: IISAdmin, POP3SVC, RESVC, and SMTPSVC. Please try to find SMTP262.dll and post the locationhere. We need to figure if it is a Exchange related dll.Note: You may use Search to find the dll.Besides, please try to do a cleanboot and then check the issue again. If it still persists, then please try to run MPS_Report and then send it to me. More information to share with you: How to perform clean-boot 1. Click "Start"->"Run", type "MSCONFIG" (without quotation marks) and press ENTER to start the System Configuration Utility. 2. Click the Services tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click Disable All. 3. Click the Startup tab, click Disable All and click OK.
