I have Exchange 2010 ,
After I run test from SSLLABS.com
I find the below
The server supports only older protocols, but not the current best TLS 1.2. Grade capped to B.
how can I fix this ?

Just enable TLS 1.2? Easy way to configure all the settings is via the IISCrypto tool.
