Hi,

I am new to Outlook.

Yesterday I had configured my rediffmail account.

Outlook synced last 15 days mails and the mails of these 15 days are disappeared from my rediff mail account (i.e. www.rediffmail.com) and it can only be seen in outlook.

Now mails can only be received on outlook and not on www.rediffmail.com.

Why is it so?

I want to operate my account from both i.e. from outlook and rediffmail.com.

and how can I get back my mails in rediffmail.com?

Please help me out.

Hi,

Are you using POP3 connection when your connect your rediffmail account in Outlook?

If that is the case, we can try the following steps to change the related setting in Outlook:

Go to your outlook, click the file and select the Account Settings.

Click on the More Settings in the bottom left corner.

Select the Advanced tab and select the check box "Leave a copy of messages on the server".

Save and finish the settings.
