Hello everybody
I work as a helpdesk and I have various users who use Outlook as a mail client, of course for the team mail we use shared mailboxes.
One of the users recently asked me if it would be possible to reply to a mail which is stored in a folder of the shared mailbox, save the reply in the Same folder, not in the personal sent items nor the shared mailbox's sent items
I figured how to save them in the shared sent items, but can't find my way on how to save them in the same folder as the original mail
Anything I can do? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
P.S: The process should be as automated as possible, since we know how users feel about moving mail stuff between folders hehe- Edited by Sungjo 21 hours 15 minutes ago modification
