Saving Sent Items from Proxy Accounts Exchange 2007
Hello All,100% percent of your users in the company use proxy accounts along side their personal mail accounts. Our issue is when users send email on behalf of the proxy box, we cant find a solution to save the sent items from the proxy account because it saves the sent items in their personal sent items. is there any way to do this with out the use of 3rd party software or exchange journaling. Also is there a way to configure exchange server to cc: the proxy account whenever email is sent out on behalf of the proxy account ?Thanks,Sean

Hi,If you also want the sent messages to be filed in the Sent Items folder of the other person you can use the UniSent COM add-in from this website http://www.ivasoft.biz/centralunisent2007.shtml

I recommend that you have them use two clients, like OWA for
Exchange and Outlook for personal, or Outlook for Exchange and Outlook Express
or Windows Mail for personal. Outlook doesn't serve two masters well in
that regard. You might also consider the Ivasoft add-in suggested in
another response.-- Ed Crowley MVP"There are seldom good

Hi Sean,
So far as I know, there is no way to achieve your goal. You need to leverage the third party solutions as the friends mentioned above.
Thanks,
