Scheduling Problems
I am having a problem with the scheduling of appointments. We are using Exchange 2003 SP2 with Outlook. Some users you can see there Free/Busy time and other users you cannot. It seems that all new users are the ones that you cannot see there Free/Busy information it just says "No Information". Exchange has been up and running for about 2 years and it seems that any user put on it in the last 6-8 months has the "No Information" problem.

Hi,
One thing you could do to start with is try running the following
Outlook /cleanfreebusy
This should re-publish the users' Free Busy info.
Just wondering, did you do any migrations or change Public folder servers about 6-8 months ago?
The two links below should give you some more info about the processes that take place.

The Outlook /cleanfreebusy did not work. We have not done any migrations this is the orginal server but one of my techs was working on the public folder rights and my have deleted something that he shouldn't have. I thought i got them all corrected but maybe not. I have however gone in and granted this user Client Permissions of Owner to the SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY folder and that didn't seem to help. Maybe there is some rights i need to correct, but I cannot find what all of the default settings should be for this folder.
ThanksKenneth

Hi,
It may be that you need to rebuild your Schedule+ Free Busy folder.
Have a look at the KB here and see if that makes sense to you.
