Scripting Exchange 2003 Tasks
have just used dsadd to add a hugh list of external contacts into our AD. but was very disapointed to find I can't muliple select all the new contacts and using Exchange Tasks, establish an external email address for users and contacts. Only one at a time...! Is it possible to run exchange tasks from the command line? So I can script the establishment of email address? Thank you for any suggestions or assistance. Steve Audus

Since Exchange 2003 uses Active Directory to store user information, you could create a Windows Powershell script to modify the e-mail address for these contacts in AD.

Thank you for your answer, please explain more about Powershell? Maybe give me an example of how the script would establish the email address, already in AD. Thanks Steve
