Search Inbox bar issue

Hi,

I am having a strange issue with Microsoft Outlook 2007 (12.0.6423.100) SP2 MSO (12.0.6662.5000) search bar. If it makes any difference Enterprise Vault is also installed (2007 - 7.5.3.2138.0.http). Running on Windows XP. Instant search is not used.

The search bar is kind of 'detaching' itself from outlook and making it unusable, the only solution I have found is to restart my system.

I have got some screenshots however the forum won't seem to let me post them as says I am not verfied? Pretty sure my email address is verified though. Anyway...

An extra taskbar entry appears in the taskbar with an outlook icon but no name/description however it is not selectable and right clicking on it does nothing.

The search box appears floating on the desktop and you cannot click in it. It is also not selectable in outlook.

Havent managed to find anything about it on the internet yet but a few people at my company are suffering with the same issue.

Thanks for any suggestions.
