Secured Standard Out Of Office?
We set up a standard rule on every PC in the company but people just go in and customize it, does anyone know of a way of securing it so they can't amend it?
Allthe staff have Office 2003 and I have Exchange 2003 on the server.

The out-of-office behavior in Outlook is actually a hidden rule in the user's mailbox. AFAIK there's no way to prevent users from creating or modifying rules in their own mailbox, so I don't think there's a technical way to do this.

Thanks for your reply,
I was pretty sure this was the case but wanted to see if anyone knew any better!
