How do I or can I configure Exchange / Outlook 2007 to allow users to see appointment details beyond free / busy times in OWA????We can do it in Outlook no problem but it seems that I cannot see the desciptions in OWA.Is this a limitation on the web.If you could let me know that would be great

As far as I know it is not possible via the schedule meeting aspect of owa. Owa uses the availibility service, which reports free/busy data, not appointment details. You can however open other people's folders via OWA if you have the necessary permissions. In the top right corner to the left of "Log Off" you should see your name with a small arrow next to it. Click the arrow and type the other user's name. Their mailbox will open. In Exchange 2000/3 this was done by doing /username after the /exchange in the URL address.So the answer is "yes" its possible, but probably not what you meant like it is in the side by side calendar feature of Outlook 2003/7.
