Select from choice of Out Of Office messages

Just Follow the simple steps and get rid from constant copying

  1. For Outlook 2013 & 2010 go for File Menu>> Info >> Automatic Reply ( Out of Office)>>Send Automatic Replies Check box.
  2. If you want to set the specific time & date range then select Only send during this time range check box.
  3. In the tab of inside my organization type the message which you want to want to send with digital signature and similarly with the Outside my organization tab.
  4. Click OK
  5. If you have selected the Only send during this time range option in step 2 then Out of Office will run until the date and time set for the End Time in step 3 is reached. Otherwise, the Automatic Replies (Out of Office) will continue to run until you repeat step 1 and select the Do not send automatic replies option.

This will set a single message which I could go to and change, but that's not what I need.

I need to be able to select from a list / set of messages and then tweak - in essence, the same as the Outlook options for signatures, but applied to OOF.

E.g.

1. Am Annual Leave

2. Am off site

3. Am at a meeting

Part of the additional reason for this is that the messages are bilingual - not speaking the other language currently necessitates the copy and paste!

I don't think so there is any way where you can set more then one Out of Office messages.

I don't either, which was why I asked about extensions , add-ins or third party tools.

Hi all,

We've been directed by our organisation to use one of three out of office messages, depending on circumstances. Is there anything out of the box, or an extension / add-on, or third party tool that would allow users to select from options set up, in a similar way to the add/edit signatures. Thought (if possible) this would be easier than keeping the text and doing a constant copy and paste job!

Many thanks!
