Hi to everyone,

is it possible to send update to every attendees in an old appointment if I delete it?

By default, Outlook 2013 delete the appointment without any confirmation neither send update to the attendees, because the appointment is already in the past, while if I delete any future appointment it ask to send update to the attendees before deeting the appointment from the calendar.I know is a non-conventional feature, but it could be very usefull for our wnviroment.

As I don't see this feature in Outlook by default, probably we will need to develop such a function. I noticed you posted the same question in Outlook for Developers, please check if the assistance from them is helpful.
