Send on Behalf Message- Distribution List
Hello Team We have Distribution List and we need to send email to the recepient from distribution list email address. All persmissions are given to the user who all are members of Distribution List. Members are able to send emails to the recepient by entering DL Name in FROM Field, so that recepient will not come to know that who is the individual user. Now the problem is Recepient receives the email but they cannot see "Send on Belalf" message how we can see if we have enable send on behalf in Mailbox. I am not sure that we can see "Send on behalf" in DL but in mailbox I am aware that we can see. Is there any way that we can also see "Send on behalf" in Distribution list ? We have MS Exchange 2003 Installed on Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition.

Hi, For distribution group, we do not have delivery option from Exchange general from ADUC.We cannot set send on behalf of on distribution group. Instead, we can try to set send as permission on the Distribution group from ADUC. Regards, Xiu
