Sender Shows with X500 Address in Own Sent Items Folder
Hi everyone,One of my Exchange users found some emails he sent, not all, in the Sent Items folder of his Outlookhavehis (Sender)email address shown as /O=.../OU=.../CN=...I cannot understand why this happens as our Exchange server is NOT migrated from an old version of Exchange. And this user is an Outlook Anywhere user though his name is hidden from GAL for a special reason. And I haven't heard any other (no hidden) users have this kind of issues. Could anyone please let me knowif this is related to his hidden display name. If yes, why so(as I have to explain this to the tech support in his area)?Thank you very much in advance,Eric

Any pattern to when he sent those? When did this start? If you unhide his account does it change things? How about sending via OWA or Outlook ( not using Outlook Anywhere?)

We finally convinced this user and made his mailbox unhidden from GAL. We will see if the same issue will happen again or not.
