We are currently using Outlook 2007 for emails. After creating public folder and setting up rule with the notification to users that have access to the folder, there is anew email in the folder, this notification is also being sent to the sender. It does not matter if the user is inside or outside the company. Thank you

What kind of notification are we talking here? Can you describe more details about how do you create this rule? 3. Does there have any else rules on the public folder? 4. What kind of rule do really you want to accomplish on this public folder?
