Outlok 2003 at work. When I receive an email in my Inbox and I reply to it, it leaves my Inbox and will only be available in my Sent Items. It has been working fine for years but around two weeks ago, it changed. I need all of my original emails to stay in the Inbox for future reference. I reply to some emails but have to forward them on to others. When it appears only in my Sent, I cannot forward the original email.

The message to which you reply is deleted from the Inbox? I've never heard of that behavior. In Outlook click Tools > Options > Preferences > E-mail Options and see if there isn't a setting there that changes what you want changed. This error is unknown, i also don't hered about this ............. check some setting in your outlook that which type of account you are using in your machine.... if this one is POP3 than check that is this one configured at single machine or multiple (two).... only this one is cause deleting mail from inbox .....................but this is not possible after your send/reply mail it removed from inbox.
