I am using Outlook 2007. After sending email and closing outlook, the machine said I had unsent email in the outbox and did I want to send it. I said yes. Since then, every email that I send goes to the outbox. I cannot send them and have confirmed that they are not being received. There is one email in the outbox that seems to be the problem. It cannot be deleted and where the text of the email is normally shown it won't display the message. What should I do

Hi,try to double click the message in the outbox, minimize this window, change from outbox to some other directory, doesnt matter which, just not outbox, reactivate the minimized mail and press send. in 90% the mail can be send.i guess you have the cache mode activated, if the above procedure doesnt work, we delete the .OST file for this User, resynch, and from this point everything works fine. doesnt happen very often but it happens.
