Sent mails on behalf of delegate is not saved in Common mailbox when sent to a distribution group and contains attachment.

There is a hot fix to change outlooks behavior, when you sent a mail on behalf of somebody else.
We have some users who have a common mailbox. When they sent an email on behalf of the common mailbox, the sent mail should go to the sent items in the common mailbox.
This works with the hot fix: KB 972148

The problem is that when we send a mail to a distribution group, that contains a attachment, then the mail is sent in the own users mailbox, and he manually has to move it to the
common mailbox. The reason why the mails should be kept in the common mailbox is for keeping the historic.
The email is saved in the right folder when sent to a distribution group, without an attachment.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
