In my company we've recently moved from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2003. In Notes there is a serial route memo tool, allowing a email to be sent through a chain of people. Once the first person confirms or accepts the email it moves onto the second etc. Is there a similar style tool available for Outlook? Cheers
