When I use Autofill or Flashfill for completing a series of dates in Excel 365, it will only give me the date in steps of a year, even though the Steps shows as 'Day'.  If I put in three entries to show the pattern, select those three cells, and use Flashfill, I then get those sets of three days for consecutive years.  I have not had this problem before. Can you please give me some help in fixing this annoying problem!

I don't know how to fix it (I don't have 365), but a work-around is to put your first date into a cell and then use a formula below it like so:

=A2+1

and then copy that down.
