Since my last Microsoft Update my ecp access isnt working and I get below error, any ideas?

What errors are reported in the event viewer?

have you tried to rebuild the ECP virtual directories? The article below applies to exchange 2010 but you can also use it for 2013:

Thank you for your question.

We could check if the issue occur on all client? We could type https://localhost/ecp on Exchange server to check if the issue persist. If just this client, we could flush IE cache and DNS cache.

In addition Eds suggestion, we could change Exchange virtual directory into default setting, then restart IIS to check if the issue persist.
