That's a pretty broad question.. What are you trying to achieve?

By the way, you'll most likely find its not a matter of whether or not Server Name Indication is supported by Exchange, as Exchange just provides webservices via IIS - but whether or not the clients that are leveraging the Exchange services support it, like:
- Outlook
- ActiveSync devices
- etc.
Even though SNI is supported since IIS 8 - it requires that the appropriate headers are sent via the client accessing the web service.
