Does MS Exchange have support for Server Name Indication (SNI)?

Probably not, since it's a web server thing.  It's my understanding that IIS 8 supports it, though.

Well, from what I can tell, SNI has absolutely nothing to do with an Exchange server either.

By the way, you'll most likely find its not a matter of whether or not Server Name Indication is supported by Exchange, as Exchange just provides webservices via IIS - but whether or not the clients that are leveraging the Exchange services support it, like:

  • Outlook
  • ActiveSync devices
  • etc.

Even though SNI is supported since IIS 8 - it requires that the appropriate headers are sent via the client accessing the web service.
