Server and Exchange Administration
Is there a way in Windows Server 2003 to give an individual administration rights to the active directory, servers, exchange, and other programs like Backup Execwithout giving them the ability to see other employee's emails or get into the employees'userdirectories? We need to be able to give an onsite person sufficient rights to administer the servers, etc. without giving them permission to be able to get into certain sensitive or confidential areas.

I'd create a Security Group for these users and apply the appropriate security settings using this group to the areas you've outlined. Then you can add users to and from the group as needed.
