Hi,
Seems you are having issues with the raid controller. Did you check with the HP tool to see the status of the array?
Other than that this really isn't an Exchange question, but have a look at the array with the HP tools to see if all checks out fine.

You should definitely take a look at the Array Configuration Utility from HP (ACU).
This will tell you in what state your array is. If it is degraded due to a drive failure (and most probably, based on the errors you've copy/pasted, it will), you'll need to replace the failed disk(s) with new ones. The array will automatically start rebuilding
than.

What model of the HP is it?
The G6 series have had a lot of issues, so give the support a call and check with them
Also check so you have the latest firmware on your machineJonas Andersson | Microsoft Community Contributor Award 2011 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | Blog:

Hi chanu,
Your issue seems not related with exchange, I would suggest that you could contact the vendor to get more hlep.
Above gave some good suggestion.
Regards!

Jonas,
Can you expand on "The G6 series have had a lot of issues." please.
Which issues in particular are you referring too?
Our Global Exchange 2010 environment all run on DL380 G6 servers and we see ALOT of SAS disk failures.
Just wondering if this fits into your comment about G6 servers.
Thank you.
