Can anyone tell me if there is a way to add a folder to all mailboxes from the server and to direct certain emails into this folder?? I would hate to have to do it on all clients!!!!!!! TIA WP

Hi, You can use cmdlet "New-MailboxImportRequest" to insert a mail item from a PST into all mailbox's in exchange, this command also will create one new folder in mailbox. you need to create one powershell script which should run for all mailbox's. I did not test it but i hope this way we can do it. 1. You haven't mentioned what version of exch and clients you are using so can't really say. But in 2010/2007 you can create custom managed folders, or cretae managed folders and move to other folders. Then apply this to mailboxes.
